Everything was wonderful, very friendly service and everything was very informal. Ice cream was delicious 😋 and the price was okay.

I had a visitor and wanted to have an ice cream with them in the Venezia ice coffee around 3pm, I finally wanted to present Deggendorf's best ice cream parlor: it was relatively full, a large family had run in at the back, a table that had not yet been cleared in the blazing sun was free, a dark-haired waitress said we could sit there. At this small round table there were 3 chairs, 2 with a smooth surface and a chair with a fabric surface. I sat on this because the smooth chairs were very hot. It didn't matter to my visit. As soon as we were seated, a waitress with blond hair darted to the table and ordered me in a very unfriendly tone to get up from this chair and take a seat on the other chair. When I asked why, it was said snappily that the chair was not one of them and she tugged on the back of the chair to tip me out of the chair !! I have never experienced something like that. I then sat on the other, hot chair, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the ice anymore. The insolent waitress then simply moved the chair 2 tables further, where it remained empty! I have never seen such a treatment in a restaurant. My visit was also shocked. If we hadn't already ordered, we would have left immediately. Never again in such a rude restaurant. This fake blonde should sort screws rather than serve people !!

Boss totally unfriendly snorts guests and says she is alone then you should ask yourself why she has to serve alone? In the 5 minutes we were there she scared 5 customers well his business can be ruined !! When I said we would go if she didn't change her tone only then go oh! Friendliness service is a foreign word for the woman Sorry never again

Very rude boss !! Which was not so rude for the first time. My 4 year old daughter got an ice cream from the counter, then she sat on a chair to wait for me. When it was my turn, the boss said in a very annoyed tone that my daughter should get up because we were not allowed to sit down. I said we don't want to sit down the little one just wants to sit down for 2 minutes, NO she should get up and shouted at me that I don't understand. She really screamed at me !!! I would have loved to leave the ice there and go. Never again, I will advise everyone not to go there. Too bad... The staff and boss are very friendly, but the boss shouldn't work so often, otherwise customers won't come.

Beautiful ice creams, great selection, lovingly presented. Situated in heart of town, this ice cream parlour is essential on a hot day. Whisky cream ice cream was fab.

Very good ice and coffee, the staff is working well. I only miss an option for payment by debit/credit card - maybe it is possible, but it was not offered to us and there is no sign that it is possible. So one star less.
